Obtain competitive quotations from reputable manufacturers, with guaranteed products, and after sales service.
Draw up tender documentation including specifications and quantities and engage in transparent negotiations with various manufacturers.
Assist the client in the adjudication process to ensure best value for money.
Do furniture layouts using the supplier's footprints to ensure optimal space utilization.
Assist with finishes selection for furniture to ensure aesthetics in line with the client's corporate identity and interior designer's proposal.
Co-ordinate manufacturing lead times into overall construction program and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
Will be on-site with delivery to assist with assembly, installation and placement of furniture.
Execute snagging and quality control.
